FAIRFIELD COUNTY BANK PROMOTES LAURA SILVER TO ASSOCIATE VICE PRESIDENT, MARKETING MANAGER

Ridgefield, CT – August 12, 2016: Fairfield County Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Laura Silver to Associate Vice President, Marketing Manager. Laura has been with the Bank since 2007 starting out as the Marketing Assistant at Fairfield County Bank Insurance Services then becoming eMarketing Specialist in 2011.

In March of 2013, Mrs. Silver was hired by Fairfield County Bank as the Marketing Assistant. A year later in 2014, Laura was promoted to Assistant Marketing Manager. In her new role as the Associate Vice President, Marketing Manager, Mrs. Silver will be responsible for the management and coordination of the day to day activities of the Marketing Team. Laura will also develop and implement marketing strategies for the Bank. This includes multi-channel advertising, cross product promotions, and social media strategy.

Laura has a Bachelor of Science degree with Magna Cum Laude honors from the University of Connecticut and is currently attending the Connecticut School of Finance and Management. She currently resides in Danbury, CT with her husband and two daughters and actively volunteers at her daughters’ schools.
