FAIRFIELD COUNTY BANK APPOINTS ALAN ZVONKOVIC TO VICE PRESIDENT OF THE CUSTOMER CARE CENTER

Ridgefield, CT—June 03, 2022: Fairfield County Bank is pleased to announce the recent promotion of Alan Zvonkovic to Vice President of the Customer Care Center.

Mr. Zvonkovic joined Fairfield County Bank in 2007 as Customer Care Center Supervisor, was later promoted to Customer Care Center Manager in 2014, and now assumes his new role as Vice President and Manager of the Customer Care Center. Alan is responsible for business development, and he and his team are key players in the prevention of fraud for Bank clients.

Fairfield County Bank Executive Vice President of Retail Banking and Operations Andrea Coreau said of Zvonkovic, “Leading the Customer Care Center since 2007, Alan has long since elevated the contributions of his team beyond just answering client calls. Alan leads his team to be an important ‘voice’ of the organization, instrumental in both connecting with and protecting our clients.”

Mr. Zvonkovic attended the New England College of Business where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Alan has also received an Associate of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Housatonic Community College.

Alan is an exemplary advocate for the United States Military and the Marine Corps; his son is a retired Sargent from the United States Marine Corps. Mr. Zvonkovic and his wife Tina are residents of Fairfield and enjoy travelling and spending time with their grandson.
