Ridgefield, CT—June 26, 2025: Six employees recently graduated from Fairfield County Bank’s Master Class program. The graduates are Daniela Diaz, Operations Specialist, Deposit Operations; Elaine Martin, Vice President, Retail Lending Operations; Eric Carneiro, System Support Analyst, Technology; Sarah Ibrahim, Service Operations Manager, Rowayton Branch; Lovelie Denis, Senior Accounting Analyst, Finance; Tara Sexton, Assistant Manager, Electronic Banking.

The six “Master Class-ers,” as they have been dubbed, participate in a year-long course, which includes rigorous in-person and virtual learning. The Master Class Program provides employees from various departments across the Bank with a unique opportunity to gain insight into the day-to-day operations of the organization. This program fosters cross-departmental learning and collaboration, helping employees broaden their knowledge of banking operations and enhance their overall professional development.

“I thoroughly enjoyed my time in Master Class, particularly the presentations from other departments at the Bank,” said Tara Sexton. “The most memorable part was the camaraderie formed with my classmates, many of whom I may not have met in-person otherwise. I am so proud to be part of an organization who invests in their employees. Congratulations to my fellow graduates!”

Leaders from across Fairfield County Bank present about their respective departments, providing the students with valuable one-on-one time with executives. Additionally, external instructors are brought in to focus on topics ranging from Marketing philosophies to business etiquette. These instructors include Professor Gerald Cavallo, PhD, of Sacred Heart University, Dr. Michel Crystal, Myriad Development Group, Jack Kasel of Anthony Cole Training, and Deborah King of Final Touch.
“We are incredibly proud of our 2025 graduates, and we thank our guest lecturers,” said Carol Johnson, Fairfield County Bank Vice President, Wilton Branch Manager, and coordinator of the Master Class program. “Balancing their standard workload with the requirements of the program is challenging. Each student brought a unique perspective to Master Class, and we are excited to see them implement all they’ve learned.”

In addition to classroom instruction, Master Class participants must complete three online courses offered by the Center for Financial Training. The program culminates in a final project in the form of a presentation given to the President, and Senior Bank Executives.
