Meet Melissa

Melissa has been a valued member of the Fairfield County Bank family for nearly a decade, having spent time in several of the Bank’s branches. In each location, she has seamlessly integrated herself into branch operations. Ms. Goez earned her degree in Business Administration from the Universidad de Antioquia in Colombia and is currently in the penultimate year of the Connecticut School of Finance & Management. She is also a 2023 graduate of Fairfield County Bank’s internal Master Class program.

Clients are immediately welcomed by Melissa’s warmth and genuine demeanor upon entering the branch. She places client satisfaction at the forefront of her work, consistently striving to exceed expectations. Her experience across the Bank’s footprint lends itself to her ability to approach every inquiry with the best-fitting financial solution. She prides herself on being a trusted resource for her clients not only in financial services, but also for support beyond. Ms. Goez is bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish.

Community Involvement
Melissa is deeply committed to animal welfare and volunteers her time regularly with Animal Nation in Salem, NY. She also looks forward to fostering deeper community ties in Stamford.

Outside of Work
The gym is Melissa’s home away from home. She loves staying active and in the warmer months, getting outing outside to enjoy nature. Melissa comes from a tight-knit family and loves vacationing with them.
