With over 15 years of experience, Paul is committed to working tirelessly to ensure the goals of his clients are met. Covering Fairfield County, his responsibilities include both establishing new relationships with clients and enhancing current client relationships through a suite of commercial and consumer products, while managing his own extensive portfolio. Mr. Lustky graduated from the Connecticut School of Finance and Management in 2025.

Paul goes to work every day with the goal of earning his clients trust and respect. Clients may expect a true community banker, who understands the local marketplace and key drivers within it, all while providing clear and concise communication. His goal with every client is to turn each conversation and transaction into a mutually beneficial relationship.
Community Involvement
A sense of community and his dedication to being a community banker brought Paul to Fairfield County Bank. He serves on the Central Coast Connecticut YMCA Finance Committee.
