FAIRFIELD COUNTY BANK PRESENTS FIRST-TIME HOMEBUYER SEMINAR
Norwalk, CT - On Tuesday, April 25, 2017, Fairfield County Bank along with the Norwalk Senior Center will be sponsoring a First-Time Homebuyer Seminar. The event is being held at the Senior Center from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Attendees will learn about the homebuying process starting with the beginning steps of application all the way through closing. Sam LaRosa, Senior Loan Officer at Fairfield County Bank, will begin the night with a presentation on the mortgage process. Following Sam’s presentation, Alba Castillo from the Housing Development Fund (HDF) will discuss financing options for first-time homebuyers. Attorney John Bove, Esq. of John J. Bove, LLC, will speak about the role of an attorney while Susan and Steve Hanson, from William Raveis, will discuss the role of the realtor.
