FAIRFIELD COUNTY BANK APPOINTS EMILY GAYTON TO VICE PRESIDENT
Ridgefield, CT – August 08, 2017: Fairfield County Bank is pleased to announce the recent appointment of Emily Gayton to Vice President of Human Resources. Mrs. Gayton has more than 20 years of professional experience. She formerly held the position of Human Resources Director for Nielsen Sports.
As Vice President, Emily will provide leadership to the organization in all areas of Human Resources functionality with a consultative approach to problem solving. Emily will take the lead in providing guidance and oversight to many Human Resource processes such as payroll and benefits.
Emily graduated from Drexel University with a Bachelors of Science in Mathematics. She is currently a member of the Southern Connecticut Chapter of Society of Human Resources Management. Before joining Fairfield County Bank, Mrs. Gayton worked at GE and University of California, Berkeley in progressive roles leading to the Human Resources Operations Manager at the university.
Very active in the community, Mrs. Gayton participates in monthly meetings for the City of Norwalk Bike and Walk Taskforce. She currently resides in Norwalk, Connecticut with her husband and two children.
