FAIRFIELD COUNTY BANK EMPLOYEES GRADUATE FROM AMERICAN BANKERS ASSOCIATION STONIER GRADUATE SCHOOL OF BANKING

 

Ridgefield, CT—July 31, 2023: Ridgefield, CT: Fairfield County Bank is pleased to announce the recent graduation of Arianna Middleton, Vice President of Electronic Banking and Deborah Hull, Vice President of Finance, from the American Bankers Association (ABA) Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the University of Pennsylvania.

AriannaMiddletonThis rigorous program takes place over three years and is comprised of week-long in person sessions with extension work between. Leadership courses are taught by faculty from the Wharton School and designed to help students take on broader responsibilities and create more value for their organization. Initial courses focus on individual styles, skill sets and development and then turn to more complex managerial and leadership solutions at the enterprise level.

The ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking continues to lead the way as the industry's preeminent graduate banking program. Graduates receive both a Stonier Diploma and a Wharton Business School Leadership Certificate.
