Fairfield County Bank Announces Leadership and Volunteer Award Winners
Ridgefield, CT—January 22, 2026: Fairfield County Bank recently announced the 2025 recipients of the Bank’s Leadership Award and Volunteer of the Year.
Employees across Fairfield County Bank are nominated by colleagues and the winners are announced and celebrated at the Bank’s holiday party. This year’s Leadership Award recipients are Jacqueline Hasenauer, Vice President, Commercial Loan Portfolio Manager, and Alison Wood, Assistant Branch Manager of the Bank’s Wilton Branch Office. Kelly Pellizzari, Vice President and Branch Manager of the Bank’s Mill Plain Road office in Danbury, was named Volunteer of the Year.

“Jacqueline and Alison represent two very important and distinct lines of business at the Bank: retail banking and commercial lending,” said Daniel Berta, President of Fairfield County Bank. “Alison has stepped up this year to assist the retail team with scheduling, demonstrating tremendous leadership and adaptability. Jacqui has been a stalwart for the Commercial Lending team since joining the Bank and her contributions to our lending operations are immeasurable. We are grateful for their dedication and thrilled to honor them as our Leadership Award winners this year.”
Jacqui has been with Fairfield County Bank for six years in the role of Commercial Lending Portfolio Manager. As part of the Commercial Lending team, her responsibilities include working to maintain the credit quality of loan portfolios while providing on-going support to the Bank’s clients to maintain and grow strong lending relationships. Known for her responsiveness and deep knowledge of lending operations, she is regarded as an invaluable resource across the organization. Born and raised in England, Jacqui has been a proud U.S. citizen since 2001. She enjoys traveling internationally and in the U.S. with her family.
Alison has been with Fairfield County Bank for over 15 years, holding various positions throughout the Bank’s retail banking footprint. As Assistant Branch Manager, she is responsible for overseeing day-to-day branch operations, continuing to deliver superb customer service, and developing new business relationships. Alison is proud to call Wilton her home and gives her time and energy to further enrich its vibrant community. Ms. Wood is the Secretary of the Wilton Singers and volunteers her time regularly with the Wilton Presbyterian Church.
Mrs. Pellizzari joined Fairfield County Bank in 2023, and has been helping local individuals, families, and businesses with their financial goals for nearly 20 years. Client care is Kelly’s top priority, along with her passion for educating clients on the financial solutions that best fit their individual needs. Her community-driven care and passion for volunteerism are immediately recognizable. “Being named Volunteer of the Year was an unexpected and deeply meaningful honor that I will always cherish,” said Kelly. “Since joining Fairfield County Bank, I’ve truly felt the community spirit and have been introduced to so many amazing organizations. I’m grateful that this award can help me amplify their impact.”
In recognition of the Volunteer of the Year, Fairfield County Bank makes an additional donation to nonprofits selected by the recipient. Kelly chose to distribute the donation among three organizations: Alana Wilson’s Helping Hands Village, Connecticut Women’s Hoops, Inc., and Hillside Food Outreach.
