Joe Nichols Appointed to Vice President, Commercial Lender at Fairfield County Bank
Ridgefield, CT—October 28, 2025: Fairfield County Bank is pleased to announce the recent appointment of Joe Nichols to Vice President, Commercial Lender. Joe will be operating out of the Bank’s 150 Danbury Road office in Ridgefield.
Mr. Nichols is an over 25-year veteran in commercial real estate lending. His responsibilities will include establishing new relationships with clients and enhancing current client relationships through a suite of commercial and consumer products. Joe prides himself on being available to his clients whenever they need him. Prompt and transparent communication is a hallmark of his approach to commercial lending. He received his degree in Finance from Texas A&M University and has maintained a close connection to his alma mater through the Aggie Real Estate Network.

Joe is originally from Texas and currently resides in Bedford, NY with his wife and two children. As a born and raised Texan, he is always looking for a great barbeque spot. Mr. Nichols is a volunteer coach of his daughter’s flag football team and is proud to have watched the organization triple in size during his two-year tenure.
